Research in neuroscience, trauma and stress physiology has consistently shown that chronic stress and unresolved trauma directly affect our cognitive performance, decision making, emotional regulation and relational capacity.
At the same time, global data shows that depression and anxiety are among the leading causes of lost productivity, increased sick leave and long-term absence in the workplace. Behind these numbers are nervous systems that are stuck in survival mode rather than in regulation and connection.
Workplace wellbeing and sustainable performance becomes possible when individuals and teams are supported in regulating stress, navigating pressure and creating environments where the nervous system can move out of survival mode and into more regulation.
My work bridges scientific insights with practical, embodied tools that support leaders and teams in building resilience, reducing stress and creating workplaces where people and performance can thrive together.
