Nervous System Regulation, Wellbeing & Supportive Work Environments
▪️FOR COMPANIES ▪️
“By 2030, it is anticipated that poor mental health will cost the global economy approximately $6 trillion per year, primarily due to productivity loss”
Global productivity losses and rising sick leave are often the final symptoms of a deeper issue: nervous systems stuck in survival mode. In workplaces, this can appear as chronic stress, miscommunication, tension, or recurring conflict.
My work bridges scientific insights with practical, embodied tools that support leaders and teams in reducing stress, strengthening resilience and creating workplaces where people can thrive together.

My Background
With a Bachelor and Master degree in Economics and Business Administration, I spent seven years working in the finance department of an international company operating in shipping and equipment rental for offshore projects, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. During this time, I was responsible for accounting and financial reporting, managed audit processes and stock exchange compliance, and supported complex corporate transactions, including due diligence and the merger of the company, as well as the dissolution of entities within the group. I also contributed to commercial and strategic initiatives, including representing the organization at an international industry fair.
Working in this environment gave me first-hand insight into the complexity and pressure of global corporate structures, including cross-country collaboration, regulatory requirements, demanding timelines, and the expectations of leadership, shareholders and the stock exchange.
Having lived and studied in three different countries, I bring a strong international perspective to my work. I work professionally in English, German and Norwegian, allowing me to navigate diverse and cross-cultural environments with sensitivity and care. Today, I integrate this corporate experience with my work as a certified IoPT trauma therapist and somatic practitioner. Through extensive professional training and many years of personal work, I have developed a deep understanding of how stress, trauma and nervous system dynamics influence behavior, wellbeing, communication and decision making, both on an individual and organizational level.
In my work with organizations, I draw on systemic and constellation-based approaches to make hidden dynamics visible, including unconscious relational patterns and structures that often remain unaddressed, yet significantly impact collaboration, performance and people’s wellbeing. Alongside this, I integrate somatic practices and nervous system regulation to support individuals and teams in working with stress, preventing burnout and strengthening their capacity for clear, grounded and aligned action.
By bringing these dynamics into awareness, I support leaders and teams in gaining clarity, improving communication, navigating complexity and making more sustainable and effective decisions. My work is particularly valuable in contexts of employee wellbeing, organizational change, conflict or strategic realignment, where both structural and human factors need to be considered.
