I believe effective coaching considers both the organization and the individual, and how culture, team dynamics, and structures interact with a person’s history, triggers, and nervous system responses.

I bring a unique combination of corporate experience and therapeutic expertise, supporting employees in navigating stress, anxiety, or conflict, and helping leaders guide teams through change and uncertainty. My approach is trauma-informed, systemic, and grounded in nervous system awareness, creating and holding space for reflection, practical strategies, and long-term resilience.
