    • Nervous system regulation refers to the ability to shift the body out of states of excessive stress or exhaustion and into a more balanced state that supports focus, connection, clarity, and constructive communication.

    • In practice, this includes simple techniques that help move the body from high alert (anxiety, racing thoughts) into calm focus, or gently lift it out of shutdown (fatigue, brain fog) toward renewed engagement. The practices are simple, accessible, and can be applied directly in everyday work situations without any special equipment.

    • No equipment or change of clothing is required. All exercises are designed to be simple and accessible. Participants can join directly from their desks or from a meeting room.

    • The sessions draw on research and practices from Polyvagal Theory, somatic psychology, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and trauma research. These fields explore how the nervous system responds to stress and how body-based practices can support regulation, resilience, and mental clarity.

    • The exercises are adapted for professional environments and focus on practical, accessible techniques that can easily be integrated into the workday.

    • The sessions are designed for diverse professional environments and all age groups.

    • Sessions can take place during the workday, as a midday reset, or toward the end of the day to help participants transition out of work mode.
