My Workplace Wellbeing Sessions are 30 to 60-minute guided group classes designed to help individuals ground, regulate, and restore their mental clarity in the middle of, or after a workday.

These sessions are practical, accessible and suitable for diverse professional environments and all age groups. There is no sweating, no specializedequipment, and no change of clothing required. Participants can join directly from their desks or in a standard meeting room.

  • Simple grounding and somatic practices

  • Mindfulness and embodied awareness

The approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based and adapted to professional settings.
