I am deeply interested in supporting organizations that want to create healthier, more sustainable and trauma-informed workplaces.
What I bring to this work is a unique combination of corporate experience and therapeutic expertise. After working for seven years in an international company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, I understand the structures, challenges and responsibilities of corporate environments from the inside.
Today, this experience is complemented by my work as a certified IoPT therapist and somatic practitioner, integrating insights from trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics and systemic constellation work into organizational contexts.

✔️My Approach
A central aspect of my work is bringing a systemic and constellation-based perspective into organizational settings.
In my experience, many workplace challenges cannot be fully understood by looking only at structures, strategies or processes. Organizations are living systems shaped by relationships, individual experiences and unseen dynamics between people, roles and expectations.
Constellation work offers a way to gently bring some of these dynamics into awareness. By exploring how different elements of a system relate to one another, it can open new perspectives on situations that may otherwise feel stuck, confusing or difficult to resolve.
In organizational contexts, this approach can support greater clarity, understanding and alignment within teams and leadership.

I am open to supporting organizations in different ways depending on their needs and context.
This may include project-based consulting, long-term collaborations, or contributing to existing leadership or organizational development initiatives. I can also support HR teams and leaders who are interested in bringing a deeper understanding of stress, relational dynamics and trauma-informed perspectives into their work.
I am particularly interested in collaborations where there is a genuine openness to explore new ways of supporting people and workplace culture.
Consulting can take place online or on site, depending on the location and scope of the collaboration.
