Ground & Relax – A Somatic Journey into Rest & Presence

Ground & Relax is a trauma-informed, somatic class designed to help you slow down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
We begin with gentle grounding practices before moving into a guided body scan supported by soft music and sound. You’re invited to rest, sense, and simply be, no movement or experience required. A restorative space for deep presence, nervous system regulation, and inner connection.
This class is for you if:
You long to slow down and reconnect with your body
You are moving through stress, overwhelm, or disconnection
You are curious about somatic healing or deep rest
You want to feel more grounded and relaxed
No prior experience is needed. This class is open to all levels and all bodies. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
Practical information:
Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats, bolsters, blankets, and all other equipment are provided at the studio.
