Writing for Wellbeing is a free, online journaling workshop, which invites you to explore the power of therapeutic journaling and mindfulness in a warm & supportive community. You will experience:
- Guided journaling prompts for self-reflection and exploration 
- The opportunity to share your thoughts in a safe & supportive group 
- Connect with yourself through guided mindfulness exercises 
- Learn how journaling can support you on your healing journey 
We will meet online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world!
